The Handheld DXH-4 Dispenser
simplifies adhesive
dispensing ands provides the advantages of point-of-application
metering, compact design, low weight. and complete mobility, while
ensuring reproducible results. With point-of-application metering
the adhesive components are dispensed directly into a staic mixer,
which ensures precise mix ratios without lead/lag problems associated
with traditional meter/mix/dispense equipment.
The
DXR Refill Station is a portable unit that makes
refilling the 1000ml DXH-4 Dispenser a fast, simple,
clean and safe on-site operation. The unit accommodates
most 5 gallon(20L) bulk containers. One DXR Refill
Station serves multiple DX-4 Dispensers allowing optimization
of the unit. The DXR Refill Station consists of two air
operated transfer pumps with a docking unit with quick
disconnect refill ports mounted on a mobile platform.
All functions are pneumatically operated which makes
the unit ideal for all work environments.
The
DXB Bench Dispenser is a highly versatile and
and economic dispensing system. The A and B
componets of flowable adhesive systems are gravity
fed from separate refillable containers through an
integral DXB Dispenser. The DXB Dispenser offers
point-of-application metering which ensures
dispensing in precise ratios directly into a static
mixer. The bench top unit, which comes with a
foot pedal actuator, allows for a hands-free operation
that guarantees a reproducible production process.
The stand is full adjustable over three axes and can
accomodate a wide range of product application.
