AquallneTM R-110 is a semi-permanent water-based release agent which chemically bonds to mold surfaces to form a thin, chemically resistant coating capable of releasing all natural and
synthetic polymers (except silicone elastomers).Recommended for.Natural and synthetic rubber where rubber-to-rubber or rubber-to-metal bonding is necessary Mold Surface Temperature Range: 140F (60C) - 400F (204C)
Curing Time: 4 minutes @)300F (150C) Benefits: •Multiple release •Fast curing •Low mold build-up •No transfer oHigh thermal stability •Non flammable Application:Use any spray equipment capable of fine
atornization. [deal conditions yield a fine fan spray with maximum pattern width of 11 ", at a distance of 8" from spray head. Apply minimum of 6 coats for hot, new, or porous molds. Allow to cure prior to
production.
AqualineTm R-120
is a semi-permanent water-based release agent which provides maximum release performance.Recommended for: Rubber release applications where maximum release performance is paramount Mold Surface Temperature Range:
140F (60C) - 400F (204C) Curing Time: 4 minutes Ca) 300F (150C) Benefits: •Maximum multiple release •High slip •Easier releases •Low mold build-up Application: Use any spray equipment capable of fine
atornization. Ideal conditions yield a fine fan spray with maximum pattern width of 11 ", at a distance of 8" from spray head. Apply minimum of 6 coats for hot, new, or porous molds. Allow to cure prior to
production.
AqualineTm RC-321
is a semi-permanent, water-dilutable concentrate. Superior performance and economy Is achieved when diluted with 3 parts water to 1 part RC-321. Dilution: Up to 3 to 1 Recommended for: Natural and synthetic
rubber Mold Surface Temperature Range: 140F (60C) - 400F (204C) Curing Time: 4 minutes @ 300F (I50C) Benefits: •Dilutable •Maximum mold utilization •Economic Application: Dilute with deionized or distilled water
up to 3 parts water to 1 part RC-321. Use any spray equipment capable of fine atomization. Apply diluted product as with R-110 or R-120.
Frekote #1 -EM
is a water-based fluoropolymer emulsion developed as an alternative to solvent-based products that contain ozone-depleting chemicals. An excellent release for many rubber and other elastomer compounds, especially
silicones. Mold Surface Temperature Range: 140F (60C) to 350F(180C). Curing Time: Dries/cures instantly @ 200F+ Benefits: •Non silicone •No CFC's •No VOC's •Multiple release •Available in aerosols
Application: Apply to preheated molds. Guidelines available for aerosol package or bulk material applications. Any spray equipment capable of fine
atornization can be used. Apply 2-3 uniform coats and allow water to evaporate between coats. A wide variety of Frekote®, products are available to make rubber molding a problem-free process. At Dexter
Frekote,
we're a step ahead with product innovation to match your changing rubber formulations, product specifications, and environmental health and safety needs. Frekote products are the industry standard replacement to
sacrificial release agents as they are designed specifically to meet the requirements mandated by today's specialized rubber formulations and high mold utilization requirements of rubber molders. Our semi-permanent
products are more durable because they chemically bond with mold surfaces, thereby resisting abrasion. Frekote eliminates knit-line and rubber-to-metal or
rubberto-rubber bonding
problems common with sacrificials and other so called "semi -permanents |

HMTTM, the market leader in
solvent-based semi-permanent technology Is designed for applicartion to hot molds. Offers multiple releases per application. Performs effectively on Its own, at temperatures over 140F, and is also compatible with
all other solvent-based Frekote products. Mold Surface Temperature Range: 140F (60C) and above Curing Time: Dries and cures very rapidly at elevated temperatures Benefits: •Multiple releases/lower labor costs
•No mold build-up •Minimum reject rates •Increased mold utilization •No contaminating transfer Application: Apply by spraying or brushing. For spraying, use conventional equipment ensuring a dry-air source or
airless spray system. Apply one thin wet film coating on the area exhibiting difficult release; 4-6 coats recommend ed. Allow a few minutes between coats for solvent evaporation. Cure is completed during solvent
evaporation and the mold is ready for production within a few minutes.
Frekote 800-NC is a semi-permanent release Interface for molding rubber compounds. The multiple release non-migratory system bonds to the mold surface to form a micro-thin chemically
resistant coating. 800-NC offers minimal build-up with high thermal stability for all molding processes. Mold Surface Temperature Range: 275F (135C) to 450F Curing Time: 30 sec. @300F Benefits: •Environmentally safe
•No chlorinated solvents •Maximum mold utilization •Reduced reject rates Application: Apply by spraying (ensure dry-air source), airless spray, brushing, dipping, or wiping. Spray applications to hot mold
surfaces are recommended, always in a well ventilated area.
Frekote 810-NC is a semi-permanent release Interface for molding rubber compounds. The multiple release non-migratory system bonds to the mold surface to form a micro-thin chemically
resistant coating. Recommended when molding temperatures fall below 275F. Mold Surface Temperature Range: Room temp. to 275(135C) Curing Time. 15 min. @ 140F Benefits. •Environmentally safe •No chlorinated
solvents •Maximum mold utilization •Reduced reject rates. Application: Apply aerosol version by spraying on a smooth, thin. continuous wet film to release all natural and synthetic organic rubber compounds,
thermosetting resins, and rotomoldable plastics. Apply bulk version like 800-NC.
Aerosol Packaging: Frekote Rubber Molding Release
Agents are available in aerosol packaging for applications where spray equipment is cumbersome or not justifled based on usage levels. Waterbased aerosols utilize a unique bladder Insert system to deliver 100% of
can contents in a finely atomized spray. Benefits: •Portability •Familiar Frekote formulas in aerosol form •Fine
atornization.
Application: Use as with bulk forms. Replace nozzles as necessary to maintain fine spray pattern.
